Gary E. Haslerud
Gary E. Haslerud’s practice focuses on personal injury cases, which include motor vehicle accidents, workplace injuries, product liability, dog bites and slip and fall cases. His practice also includes insurance defense, complex commercial litigation, general liability, professional errors and omissions claims, casualty and surety law, and premises liability. He also handles a variety of other matters including ADA claims, lemon law cases, real estate disclosure matters and representation involving common interest developments.
While in college, Mr. Haslerud received All American honors in swimming from 1989 through 1991. He obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration in 1991 from Pacific Lutheran University. He subsequently received his Juris Doctorate in 1995 from St. Mary's University School of Law in San Antonio, Texas. He was a member of the Texas State National and Mock Trial Teams in 1994, State Mock Trial in 1995, and received the American Jurisprudence Award for Trial Advocacy.
Mr. Haslerud was admitted to the Texas Bar in May of 1995 and the California Bar in December of 1995. Mr. Haslerud is a member of the State Bar of Texas, State Bar of California, and the Shasta-Trinity Counties Bar Association. He was Vice-President of the Shasta-Trinity Bar Association in 1999 and President of the Shasta-Trinity Bar Association in 2000. Mr. Haslerud is presently a member of the Association of Defense Counsel of Northern California.
