Harvey Ebersole

C. Harvey Ebersole’s practice focuses on personal injury cases, which include motor vehicle accidents, workplace injuries, product liability, dog bites and slip and fall cases. His practice also includes insurance defense, complex commercial litigation, general liability, professional errors and omissions claims, casualty and surety law, and premises liability. Mr. Ebersole previously served as a prosecutor in the Shasta County District Attorney’s office.
Mr. Ebersole is a Veteran. In 2012, he retired from the Navy as a Commander. Serving as a Naval Aviator, Mr. Ebersole flew helicopters with squadrons based in Atsugi, Japan and in San Diego, California. He served on board aircraft carriers with the embarked airwing and as a member of the ship’s company. Shore duty included assignments in Korea, Saudi Arabia, and with the Army at Fort Leavenworth.
Mr. Ebersole earned his Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the U.S. Naval Academy in 1992. He received his Master of Business Administration from Webster University in 2006. After retiring from the Navy, Mr. Ebersole attended Pepperdine University School of Law, receiving his Juris Doctorate in 2016. He was awarded Certificates for his studies in Criminal Law and Procedure and in Alternative Dispute Resolution. Mr. Ebersole was admitted to the California State Bar in December of 2016.
