On Saturday, December 15th at approximately 10:30 a.m., there was a two-car accident on Hilltop Drive in Redding which was caused when a pick-up truck was heading north on Hilltop and swerved into another lane, slamming into another car. Hilltop Drive was partially blocked on Saturday until about noon.
The accident caused significant injuries to two individuals and sent three others to a local hospital to be treated. Redding police did not specific if drugs or alcohol were involved in the crash.
